Soravya

Terms of Service

Last updated 9 September 2026

These terms cover using Soravya, whether you run an event on it or attend one. By signing in, you accept them.

What Soravya is

Software for running live events: a programme, a personal agenda, announcements, and opt-in introductions between attendees. Organizers hold a workspace; attendees are invited into a specific event and can reach that event only.

Your account

  • One account per email address. Signing in with a password or with Google reaches the same account.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has it, and we can end every active session for your account.
  • Do not sign in as somebody else, or use an address you do not control.

If you are an organizer

  • You are responsible for the roster you import. You confirm you have a lawful basis to hold those addresses and to contact those people about your event.
  • You are the data controller for your attendees; we process on your instructions. Our Privacy Policy sets out the limits we apply regardless.
  • Use the announcement tools for your event, not for unrelated marketing. Sending mail people did not agree to receive damages delivery for every other organizer on the platform, and we will suspend sending to protect them.
  • You see aggregate engagement, never a record of what an individual attendee read.

If you are an attendee

  • Your profile and networking are opt-in. Nothing is shared until you turn it on.
  • Treat other attendees decently. Harassment, spam and impersonation get an account removed from an event.
  • An organizer can remove you from their event. That ends your access to it and nothing else.

What you may not do

  • Scrape, bulk-export or resell attendee data.
  • Probe, disrupt or work around the security of the platform, or try to reach a tenant that is not yours. Tell us instead — see below.
  • Upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to upload.

Availability

We work hard to keep Soravya up on event days, when it matters most, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Where a written agreement with an organizer sets a service level, that agreement governs.

Ending it

You can stop using Soravya at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless doing so would compromise somebody’s safety.

Liability

Soravya is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be told to organizers directly rather than only posted here.
